Rental Agreement


There is a $20.00 deposit required on ALL rentals. This deposit is Non-refundable.


Weather & Refund policy

Our weather policy is that if it is raining, lightning, or strong winds, we have the right to cancel delivery. If during the rental period, it is raining, lightning, or strong winds, we have the right to pick up the equipment and no refund will be given. We will inform you of this policy over the phone, in person, and/or in writing if there is a chance of bad weather in the forecast. If the initial reservation is canceled, the deposit will be applied towards the next scheduled rental. The next scheduled rental will be required to be paid in full in advance. If the rescheduled rental is canceled, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS GIVEN and no credits applied toward any future rentals.


Equipment Drop off

All equipment must be located at the address listed below during the rental period. There must be a clear path to where the unit will be set up. If there is not a clear path, driver will NOT set up the unit. Driver will not move any items blocking the path. Customer must move all items blocking path or delivery will be canceled. I further warrant the customer named below, or I am authorized and empowered to accept delivery of the equipment and to sign this agreement on their behalf. Further, I agree that I am binding myself personally as an additional party to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. I also agree that I am over 18 years of age as proved by valid acceptable identification. If no identification is available, driver will not deliver the equipment. Units shall be inflated at ALL times. A minimum clearance of 4 feet around unit must be maintained.



I agree to have an adult supervise both the equipment and its use at all times while equipment is in the possession of the customer. A set of rules and directions are displayed on the unit and the driver setting up the unit will also explain the safety rules which I agree to follow and utilize at all times during operation and use of the unit. The customer understands that if no operator has been left with the unit they are solely responsible for the correct and safe operation of this equipment. Customer voluntarily agrees to keep and maintain all safety rules that have been explained by the driver and rules listed on the unit. The unit’s blower electrical cord MUST be connected to a GFI electrical outlet at ALL times.


Equipment Pick up

Driver’s pickup time is approximate. Driver may arrive as early as the “END” of the “RENTAL PERIOD” or as late as midnight to pick up equipment. Customer is responsible for all equipment until the driver picks it up units. The unit will be inspected before removal for cleanliness, damage, and functionality. Upon pick up if the unit requires cleaning by the driver, there will be an additional $20.00 cleaning charge, payable to the driver.



I agree to pay all cost for the rental equipment that is stolen, lost and/or damaged and to replace and/or repair the equipment rented and it will be the property of Airhop within 30 days of loss/damage. I will also pay any legal fees that are the result of the loss/damage to AirhopABSOLUTELY NO SILLY STRING or PARTY POPPERS to be used around the Equipment. It will damage the vinyl. Any damage to the unit will be charged to the customer at the rate of $50.00 minimum per incident. Problems do arise at times and if there is any problem, the customer will contact Airhop so that an employee can be sent out to correct the problem. I have been giving a copy and/or have been read the rules of the items rented and I understand them. If unsure I will contact Airhop before any damage or injures may occur. I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and Assumption of Risks, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently, and without duress of any kind and agree to it by its terms.

None of our units may be used with water.
